From Hwy 7 (Ottawa, Lanark, Maberly):

Turn at Canadian Tire onto Wilson Street. Drive past the 3rd set of lights and Metro, turning right at McEwen's gas onto North Street. Take the first right (Lewis Street) and the Perth Family Health Centre is the 4th building on your right. Parking is available at the side and rear of the building.

From Hwy 43 & Cty Rds 10 & 1 (Smiths Falls, Rideau Ferry, Westport)

Turn toward downtown Perth and proceed along Gore Street past town hall turning left at the first lights (Foster Street). Continue along Foster past the lights (Wilson Street). Take the first right onto Lewis Street. Proceed through the first stop sign (North Street) and the Perth Family Health Centre is the 4th building on your right. Parking is available at the side and rear of the building.
